Completed in Autumn 2020, Gateway 44 is a £4m retail development situated in a highly strategic location adjacent to Junction 44 of the M6 motorway. Commissioned by Carlisle City Council and developed by Chancerygate, the project provides a modern gateway to the city’s retail sector.

The Design & Build The development comprises a total of 42,300 sq. ft of new retail space, configured as a terrace of six distinct units. The design maximizes visibility and accessibility, capitalizing on the high traffic flow of the nearby motorway.
