This project involves the sensitive conversion of a Grade II listed textile warehouse, dating back to the 1870s, into 39 bespoke apartments. Ranging from one to three bedrooms, the homes are designed to celebrate the building’s industrial heritage.

The concept centres on preserving original character; features such as staircases, fireplaces, and goods handling machinery are retained as key design elements. On the top floor, the apartments take advantage of the taller volume to showcase magnificent exposed kingpost timber trusses.

Perhaps most uniquely, original walk-in safes are being creatively repurposed into bathrooms, blending history with modern functionality.
