The extension and redevelopment of Audacious Church in Salford was originally redesigned in 2021. Since then, site conditions and requirements have changed, and the practice was appointed to improve the design and deliver the construction phase. With planning approval already in place, the revised design had to carefully navigate any external alterations, with minor changes being approved through a Section 73 application. However, the internal brief has substantially changed, and very little remains of the previous scheme.

The main entrance required a complete reorientation due to new site constraints, while still successfully retaining its original architectural language. The project comprises the construction of the new extension, the refurbishment of the existing auditorium, and a new multi-storey car park.
