Griffen commissioned Fletcher-Rae to design and deliver this 90,000ft2 high bay distribution facility with 7 Dock levellers and 2 Level access within the Deltic Trade Park in Milton Keynes.
The project required the demolition of an existing 65,000ft2 office and manufacturing unit and, in addition to the warehouse element, comprises 6,000ft2 of office accommodation and parking and landscaping.
