The Earth Centre in Doncaster, an award-winning former Millennium Visitor Attraction, was acquired by our client for conversion into a specialist outdoor education facility. FR was appointed to develop and deliver the initial key infrastructure across the 56-acre site.
This scope of work included 400 student beds across lodges and cabins, new classrooms, reception and management facilities, a new sports hall and gymnasium, and an extension to the existing refectory.
