Horizon | Fletcher-Rae produced a working master plan for approximately 110 acres of industrial and logistics accommodation on this prominent site on the edge of Leeds. Over a period of many years the practice has delivered circa 1.5m sqft of floor space with units ranging in size from 20,000sqft to 400,000sqft.

This complex site, which had previously been used for farming and coal mining, had a 29m fall across the site, major utility services easements, flood relief / defence systems and a comprehensive list of constraints, all of which had to be accommodated as part of the overall master plan.

Completed in 2021 the site is now home to Amazon, John Lewis Partnership, Premier Farnell and many other occupiers.
