The project required a complete re-evaluation of Nestlé’s 47-acre campus in York to support operational restructuring and asset divestment. Alongside this, a 1970s building underwent a complete 100,000 sq ft refurbishment to provide 1,000 staff with a modernized, 21st-century workplace environment.
