This masterplan was developed with the St Francis Group, incorporating logistics, residential and HS2 rail allocations.
With visible proximity between the site and Bolsover Castle, the local planning authority were cautious in their approach to this sensitivity, resulting in stringent considerations concerning both building placement and the proposed external materials and colours.
