The Galaxy Distribution Centre was commissioned as a speculative industrial unit of 500,000 sq ft, with the facility to extend in the future.
The land was a former brown field munitions plant with major contamination issues and required extensive remediation.
Since the development has been completed the property together with surrounding land holdings has been acquired by a Private Trust, whose development arm is Maro Developments and we have secured planning permission to extend this by a further 200,000sq ft..
