This proposal delivers approximately 350,000sqft of industrial space across a 26-acre site allocated for employment use. Crucially, the design prioritizes the balance between new infrastructure and the natural environment.

We have retained extensive existing hedgerows and trees, most notably a distinctive spur of mature timber that extends from the western boundary into the site. Impressively, despite the site’s greenfield status, our approach results in a significant net gain in biodiversity, proving that large-scale logistics can coexist with meaningful ecological enhancement.
