Comprising 196 self-contained micro-apartments, the scheme revitalises a derelict corner plot situated on a key urban linkage between St Luke’s Church and St George's Hall.
The architectural strategy employs contemporary design principles that respond directly to the site's historical context, specifically adopting the height, block massing, strong geometric form, and material colour palette of the adjacent Watson Building to seamlessly integrate with the existing skyline.
