Located in South Lanarkshire, this proposed facility is designed to generate Green Hydrogen via electrolysis, creating a zero-emission fuel source. A critical component of the scheme is the establishment of a ‘clean energy cycle,’ where production is directly powered by future on-site wind and solar infrastructure.

The development comprises a 1,375 sqm fully enclosed production hall, supported by 504 sqm of screened external plant space, storage tanks, and trailer bays. Complementing the industrial operations, the proposal includes a dedicated visitor centre and a two-storey block providing 502 sqm of high-quality office and amenity space.
