Our commission for this building followed the demolition of the former John Lewis Partnership distribution center.
It involved the construction of a new 215,000ft2 high bay distribution centre with 16 docks levellers and 4 level access doors.
The practice assisted the Contractor in the delivery of the entire facility which also comprises office accommodation on 1st and 2nd floor, associated parking and landscaping.
