The transformation of this Grade II Listed Mill, completed in mid-2025, has revitalized the building into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The ground floor features a welcoming public house, while the upper levels offer modern open-plan office space, topped by a rooftop bar with panoramic terrace views. Building on the popularity of the site’s temporary outdoor events, a permanent new food hall is set to open in 2026. It will host five independent stalls and seat over 300 guests, spilling out into the landscaped public realm. The office space has already attracted high-profile tenants including the Heaton Group, Calisen, and Greater Manchester Police, alongside a dedicated floor for flexible working. This project marks the first phase of a £200m+ regeneration masterplan, designed to awaken this once-neglected site with 850 new homes, leisure facilities, and a hotel.
