Tranquillity, Ordsall Lane,
Salford

This new waterside Mixed Use Development forms part of the ‘Ordsall Lane Regeneration Area’ in Salford and will provide 450 new homes boasting a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom high spec apartments, with private and shared outdoor space.
Cotton Works Block A, Wigan
Client: The Heaton Group
This residential building forms the first new build residential element of the Cotton Works regeneration masterplan in Wigan. Providing 179, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a block that takes design cues from the historic Mill 2 that it replaces. The Mill was unfortunately neglected for years and had catastrophic structural failure. Our design aligns with both the scale and massing of the original Mill.
Regent Plaza

As the practice has grown so has the scale of our projects and this is demonstrated with the redevelopment of this former redundant public house site on Regent Road, Salford.
Mill 3 Commercial, Wigan
Client: The Heaton Group
Replacing the already consented residential transformation, the building is to be renovated to provide open plan flexible office space with a new central core located in the original rope race void. The triple height engine room with heritage features will be restored to provide a grand entrance into the building.
Regeneration Masterplan, Midlands

This project comprises a residential masterplan delivering approximately 500 new homes within a strategically located site on the edge of a major town centre in the Midlands.
Cotton Works Masterplan, Wigan

Reported to be one of the largest collections of Listed Mill Buildings in the Country, the Eckersley Mills site, now known as Cotton Works, on the edge of Wigan Town Centre is a major £200m regeneration project.
Knowsley Lane, Knowsley
Client: Caddick Developments
A new logistics development on behalf of the ‘Caddick Group’ has recently secured planning approval for 157,000sqft. Arranged in three buildings the site offers units ranging from 31,500sqft to 73,500sqft.
Parkside
Client: Parkside Regeneration LLP
Parkside Regeneration LLP, a joint venture between Langtree Property Partners and St Helens Council, was established to acquire the former Parkside Colliery site at Newton-le-Willows, St Helens. Extending to several hundreds of acres Horizon | fletcher-rae has been working with the partnership to bring forward this major strategic logistics site.
