This complex site, which had previously been used for farming and coal mining, had a 29m fall across the site, major utility services easements, flood relief / defence systems and a comprehensive list of constraints, all of which had to be accommodated as part of the overall masterplan.
Completed in 2021 the site is now home to Amazon, John Lewis Partnership, Premier Farnell and many other occupiers.
