Located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre within a conservation area close to City Hall, this difficult infill site involved the sensitive demolition of existing buildings and construction of the new building whilst maintaining the continuous running of the city’s tram line.
Completed in 2020 the scheme provides a positive addition to the Sheffield skyline.
