This sets out a comprehensive outline of all development permitted in line with the adopted Land Use Masterplan and accompanying design principles.
The Land Use Masterplan, prepared by Horizon | fletcher-rae, established the overall design rationale for the Enterprise Zone Site to provide a cohesive visual appearance; balancing built form and landscaping strategies to provide a high quality, attractive setting, befitting a high-profile centre of excellence.
The Commercial Masterplan/Framework demonstrates how the Land Use Masterplan can be delivered and the identification of development plots; with consideration also given to highway, drainage and utilities strategies and infrastructure whilst retaining, enhancing and supporting where necessary the ecological strategies for the site.
