This regeneration strategy is being run in collaboration with Doncaster City Council and will be an exemplar development scheme for Yorkshire benchmarking the highest standards of sustainable development. The Practice acted as lead design and master planning consultant to deliver an outline planning application. The scheme has won the National Masterplanning and Placemaking Award for 2018.
